For the Figline (CS) plant, QUANTUM Lighting was asked to carry out a major lighting redevelopment plan to completely renew the lighting in the entire plant. Through a turnkey solution, we took care of the production areas, the outdoor areas, the offices and the storage and warehouse areas.
In order to realise this redevelopment plan, we started by carrying out a thorough study of the existing situation, from which critical issues emerged. Some of the lighting lines had already been replaced with LED lamps, probably not suitable for that particular context, which had deteriorated over time, turning blue in colour. With our technological replacement intervention we were able on the one hand to standardise the entire space, significantly improving the visual comfort of the workers and at the same time also making the customer aware of the benefits that better lighting can bring.
QUANTUM’s interventions are always carried out in accordance with current regulations also in terms of occupational safety. In fact, it is not only a question of actions aimed at saving money, but also of actions aimed at improving the company itself: the quality of light brings with it greater visual comfort, which in turn leads to greater worker efficiency and a reduction in accidents at work.
Thanks to an advanced technological system, realised through interconnected components, systems and digital solutions for the management, use and monitoring of energy consumption, we were able to realise a plant capable of ensuring quality and sustainability, reducing consumption and costs, while increasing safety, visual comformt and productivity.
